Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to West Orange Electric. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us to perform electrical services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services West Orange Electric provides licensed residential electrical services, including electrical panel upgrades, EV charger installations, generator hookups, breaker box repairs, and general electrical maintenance. All work is performed in accordance with local Florida building codes and state licensing standards.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided through online forms or over the phone are preliminary and subject to physical site verification by our master electrician.
Final project pricing is provided upfront prior to commencing work. Any additional scope changes or unexpected structural/electrical code corrections required during installation will be discussed and approved by the homeowner before proceeding.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The homeowner or authorized representative must provide clear, safe access to the work area, main electrical service panel, and relevant utilities on the agreed service date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all property ownership or HOA approvals required for external modifications (e.g., outdoor generator pads, exterior conduit runs) are obtained prior to work onset.
4. Permits & Utility Coordination When required by local jurisdiction, West Orange Electric will pull necessary building permits and coordinate service disconnects/reconnects with local power utilities. The homeowner agrees to cooperate with required county/city code inspections following service completion.
5. Warranty & Workmanship
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by West Orange Electric from the date of project completion.
Materials and equipment installed (e.g., panels, EV chargers, generators) are subject to specific manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover pre-existing electrical hazards, customer modifications, unauthorized tampering, or damage caused by extreme weather/acts of God.
6. Limitation of Liability West Orange Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing code violations, faulty third-party equipment not supplied by us, or power outages caused by external utility suppliers.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
